Position Summary:
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments
- Enhances the learner experience
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Leads a team that delivers functional and compliance-related training courses to facility-level audiences
- Oversees job-related activities and assignments in order to meet customer and business needs
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for training facilitators in the Training Academy
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of college and 18 months Walmart operations experience OR 2 years experience in Walmart operations, human resources, talent development, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience.
- For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
