Position Summary:
Supports non-exempt Staffing Effectiveness
• Supports Staffing Team Leader with daily tracking and updates
• Supports Staffing Manager with execution of best practices, communication, hiring, and process implementation
• Accurately executes staffing process to achieve short-term and long-term staffing goals
Supports Store non-exempt hiring
Administrative activities
• Administers initial review of a high-volume of applicants
• Creates, posts and monitors job requisitions for multiple stores
• Schedules and monitors a high-volume of applicant interviews
• Maintains Interview and Orientation communication fi les
• Creates off e-forms and processes hundreds of candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a short period of time
• Supports consent form completion and submission of pre-employment checks to vendor
• Supports multiple stores with delivery of electronic new hire paperwork for a consistent on-boarding process
• Subject matter expert supporting and mentoring Specialists during Peak hiring
Supports non-exempt Staffing Accuracy via ATS records and documentation
• Maintains confidentiality with all records and information
• Updates communication and documentation in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Compiles and maintains reports accurately
• Performs spot-checks to ensure applications are complete and applicants are accurately on-boarding within the ATS system
Executes Effective Communication on staffing activities with Applicants and Business Partners
• Answers New Hire Associates questions and/or redirects to Shared Services Center (SSC)
• Maintains relationship with Stores Candidates, Business Partners and Peers
• Provides Staffing recaps to Leadership as needed
• Supports, communicates and champions the Company’s nonexempt staffing direction

Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Previous HR experience
• Prior retail experience and or high volume recruiting
• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Ability to quickly develop relationships with hiring leaders in order to become a trusted advisor
• Working knowledge of Kenexa Brassring
Special Requirements
• Shift work may be required
• Availability to work Full-Time, July through November
